I am very satisfied with the purchase of our new furnace, air conditioner and humidifier system. The first two systems are Luxaire and an Aprilaire humidifier. I am confident they will last as long as the system they are replacing (Trane) which is on its last leg after 27 years.

Contoure microwave convection oven manual instructions The Contoure RV787S is a compact microwave that works great inside of a RV or camper where space is limited.

But the main reason I selected these units was based solely on the recommendation of the contractor, Burke Mechanical. The salesperson, Joe Burke, came highly recommended from both family and friends. His reputation and his company’s made me feel at ease knowing I was going to spend a fair amount of money on a major update to our home. The install team worked very efficiently and did a great job in a short amount of time.

So as of right now, I highly recommend Burke Mechanical and in six months, I am confident I can do the same on the systems being installed. Replaced a six-year-old Armstrong two stage furnace under the Whirlpool brand. I had to replace the ECM motor twice within three years. The operation of the furnace was very noisy as well!

This spring we replaced it with a Luxaire TM9V08012MP11 two stage with an ECM variable speed motor. So far we have been very impressed with its performance and very quiet operation. My wife keeps asking me if the furnace is running. I would highly recommend this furnace to anyone who is looking for a replacement furnace.

Make sure that the contractor that you choose is reliable, and knows the product! We had Reliable Mechanical in Brampton install our new furnace. They were very knowledgeable on the product, and did a excellent job of installing it. After they had finished, the technician went over the whole installation and operation of the equipment with us.

IgnitorOlder gas furnaces came on after the thermostat triggered the pilot light to start the flame. Nowadays, an electronic ignitor heats up to ignite the burners to produce heat. Check the combustion chamber for flames. If there are no flames but a strong smell of gas, immediately turn off the furnace. A failed ignitor coil requires experienced replacement. If you have experience, you can replace this element yourself.

If you don't, you need the services of an HVAC technician to replace it. If the unit has power and the gas does not come on, more than likely the ignitor failed.
